FAQs.

You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers.

  • When sending over a file for printing,  we prefer a high res pdf with bleed pulled. For promotional products, apparel or sign projects, it’s always best to provide a vector file for your logo.

Check out our “Vector Art” documentation to help.

  • Simply put, when a printing file has a bleed, it means that artwork extends all the way to the edge of the paper. In order to achieve that look, your file must be created in a way that facilitates that.

Check out our “Bleed Explanation” PDF for further assistance.

  • Yes, we accept files created in Canva if they are within specs and with proper bleeds.

See our “Canva Bleeds” documentation for further explanation.

  • Each job is different, but a good rule of thumb for print projects is 3-5 business days after art has been approved. You can expect approximately two weeks for a promotional product project.

  • Email our customer service team at csr@weareprintready.com or fill out the form on our contact us page.

  • We have an experienced, talented graphic designer on staff who can help you take your project from concept to completion.

  • For orders over $150, we offer free delivery to most locations inside Chattanooga. If that doesn’t work, check with your CSR for other options.

If you need something outside the standard Chattanooga delivery area, we’re happy to ship your projects.
